Lead Generation and Advisor Matching

Annuity Lock provides a service to connect users with third-party financial advisors (“Advisors”) who may assist in obtaining annuities or similar products. This connection is facilitated through user-submitted information (e.g., via forms or questionnaires) and our matching process, which may consider factors such as location, financial needs, and advisor availability. Advisors participate in our network and may pay Annuity Lock fees for referrals or leads. We do not guarantee the suitability, performance, or quality of any Advisor, and users are solely responsible for vetting and engaging Advisors. Annuity Lock pre-screens Advisors for basic qualifications (e.g., licensing and experience) at enrollment but does not conduct ongoing monitoring or endorse their services. Past performance of Advisors is not indicative of future results. Users have no obligation to engage any matched Advisor, and Annuity Lock is not involved in any transactions, advice, or agreements between users and Advisors. This service does not constitute investment, financial, or legal advice.

User Consent for Data Sharing and Communications

By submitting information through the Site (e.g., contact forms or requests for Advisor connections), you consent to Annuity Lock sharing your personal information (such as name, email, phone, and financial details) with selected Advisors for the purpose of contacting you about annuities or related services. Advisors may contact you via phone, email, text message, or other means, even if your number is on a do-not-call registry. Additionally, you agree that Annuity Lock or its affiliates may contact you using automated systems, including artificial intelligence (AI)-driven callers or messaging tools, for purposes such as verifying information, following up on inquiries, or providing additional details about our services. Compensation and Conflicts of Interest

Annuity Lock may receive compensation from Advisors or other third parties for referrals, leads, or participation in our network. This creates a potential conflict of interest, as we may prioritize participating Advisors. However, we strive to match based on user needs. Annuity Lock does not receive commissions on annuity sales or manage user assets.

User Code of Conduct

You agree to use the Site in good faith and comply with the following: (a) Provide accurate and truthful information in submissions; (b) Actively seek the services described (e.g., annuity information or Advisor connections) and not use the Site for marketing, spam, or recruitment; (c) Not transmit harmful code, defamatory content, or violate laws; (d) Not misrepresent affiliations or endorsements. Violations may result in termination of access and legal action.

Changes or Modifications to the Terms of Service

Your use of the Site is governed by the version of the Terms of Service in effect on the date the Site is accessed by you. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service will be governed by Indiana law, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. FOR ANY CLAIM BROUGHT BY ANY PARTY, YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT AND CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION IN, AND THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE OF, THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED WITHIN Indiana.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions) administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules. You may opt out within 30 days of first use by emailing support@annuitylock.com. Arbitration will occur in Indiana, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This does not apply to claims under federal securities laws.

Entire Agreement

Other than as stated in these Terms of Service or as agreed by you and us in writing, these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy constitutes all of the terms and conditions agreed upon between you and us and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral, in relation to the subject matter of these Terms of Service.

Please note, however, that certain parts of the Site and/or certain Services may be governed by additional agreements and terms of service. Before using or purchasing these services, we will indicate that additional terms and conditions apply, and you will have an opportunity to agree to the additional terms. To the extent that there are any conflicting terms between any additional terms and the terms of the Agreement, the additional terms shall prevail.
